Support services oversee training, reservation systems, passenger services, and maintenance reporting along with managing asset logistics, including passenger ULDs and transport coordination, while ensuring ramp operations and security protocols are upheld for safe and efficient air travel.

Asset Management and Transport

Responsible for arranging passenger ULDs and equipment, overseeing maintenance reporting, and preventing theft/damage of Carrier's assets. Also, coordinates surface transport for passengers, baggage, empty ULDs, and other conveyance vehicles

Ramp Operations and Security

Overseeing access control to aircraft and designated areas, including flight deck, upper deck, lower holds, and crew compartments. Additionally, managing passenger and baggage screening, security checks, and reconciling boarded passengers with their luggage.
